The Amazing Thing

The Amazing Thing is when you realize that those cute little chicks will grow up and be Gallos Giros! These four pictures are all of the same bird...as a chick...and later, as an adult. It takes about 6-7 months...(I've never kept track because there are always more chicks on the way and plenty of real needs to think about). It is a lot of work to get a baby chick through his youth...and the whole process starts over again tomorrow. I have a hen with 14 eggs and tomorrow is day 21...

...and so it goes...child is father to the man...
it begins...it ends...everything in between is just Giro! Believe it!
Tomorrow we should have fourteen new reasons to remain hopeful.
