Back From Mom's...Greatest Visit Ever

Well, they say that nothing lasts forever...but, that's not true...The love that I have for my Mom will never die...It is huge and cannot be stopped. Sometimes, it makes the sky turn red...
...well, this morning it happened again and it even got one of the roosters. Fortunately, I had my camera...and caught the whole thing on film. Love is not only powerful...but, also very pretty in red.

don Donnie

It's hard to believe that Donnie was at Death's door for a couple of weeks. My wife kept him alive and now he's a monster that is still getting bigger. He is not weak anymore...just the opposite. He is unchallenged in his corner of Rancho Giro.

It's hard to believe that Donnie was at Death's door for a couple of weeks. My wife kept him alive and now he's a monster that is still getting bigger. He is not weak anymore...just the opposite. He is unchallenged in his corner of Rancho Giro.

Micky Report

Micky was severely injured two weeks ago.  His mother went berzerk and tried to kick her way out of the small cage they were sleeping in. Three of his siblings died during the incident. But, one brother survived and is completely recovered and running around. So, Micky is still in therapy. Both legs were damaged. His right hip was dislocated...but that is nearly healed. His left femur was snapped like a pencil. He couldn't walk and so it fused together at an angle of about 40degrees...to the front. So when his leg should be straight down, it looks like he is already stepping forward. Despite all of the negative odds, he has made incredible progress. Fortunately, he has a lot of growing to do. This will make all the difference by the time he's full grown. So, for now, therapy continues.
