Jet

My black hen, Indigo, laid about 10 eggs before she was killed by a coyote. We divided the eggs between two nests. And now 6 weeks later, only one baby has survived. (one nest was destroyed by a hungry intruder). We named the baby Jet...because it is black and it is very fast. I can't tell if it's a rooster yet...But, I really don't care...I just want "Indy" to live on forever via the baby she never knew. She would be so proud of "Jetty"...and, I am so lucky to have had them. Jet is ready for life: super-sonic and stealthy black...the future is anything but dark!
